Start planning, so that when you see some things that are on sale that would fit your Christmas decor, just buy them.
My wreath last year.
Will be doing a tutorial on it, closer to Christmas. I love the Christmas season. Do you?

Wow this is incredibly pretty. Do you have it attached to the top of the door. I love the simplicity of it. I'm in IL and worry about this blowing about, is your porch covered? My fingers are crossed you’ll share your creative inspiration tonight with Sunday’s Best – sharing is a good thing!
ReplyDeleteThanks very much Cathy! The wreath is attached to the top of the door frame with thumb tacks. I just wrapped the fabric ribbon over the door. The front entrance has two pillars and is covered. I had no problem with the wind blowing it about. If you are concerned about it blowing around, I would just put some small little velcro circles that you can stick on the door. Or if you are concerned with ruining the door, you can use those 3M adhesives that don't leave a mark. I do love sharing, but I am so new at this blogging thing that I don't even know what Sunday's Best is.....lol I am learning.
DeleteI know what Sunday's Best is now!
DeleteCool, and I'm tickled your shared at Sunday's Best! I so love this wreath, and if you don't mind I'll be copying you! So glad you shared your creative inspiration with Sunday’s Best – your creativity helped make the party a success

OMG! Thank you so much Cathy. This is such an honour for a newbie like me. So happy you like the wreath, and I am looking forward to seeing yours.
DeleteI love the idea that you used a frame! How pretty this is!
ReplyDeleteBrenda
Thanks Brenda. My inspiration came from the square boxwood wreaths that are around during the Christmas season. The thrift stores have so many beautiful frames for great prices, and you can spray paint them any colour.
ReplyDeleteAngie,
